    it is performed correctly.

  25. This is very easy for me, i love it!!!!!

  26. This is a great workout even though it is quite long. The exercises aren’t
    that challenging, however, after 40 minutes of it, your body is exhausted.

  28. Instructor doesn’t perform the Burpee’s correctly. You’re supposed to jump
    down and hold almost like you’re doing a push-up you’re not supposed put
    your size in your chest on the ground. Just a note for those doing this
    workout.

  30. Okay, the lateral push-ups, the voice-over describes a method that seems
    almost impossible to do, “Keep one arm, straight”, huh? Impossible. The
    fitness model doesn’t even do that. Is there a better way of describing
    this exercise? I see that her torso tends to tilt a little to the side
    each time, so am I just putting more weight on one side? Also, monkey
    squats LOL, what is the purpose?

  31. The workout was okay. The yoga at the end was a nice touch. For a hiit
    workout it really didn’t keep my heart rate up which was disappointing.

    kick out though because those were impossible for me!
