    Hyper-Growth Program!? Today we got chest, biceps and shoulders. We’re
    going to be doing a lot of new exercises which you probably haven’t done.
    We’ll be hitting these muscles from a lot of unique angles, which can

    Any tips for those whose gym does not allow them to jump from one incline
    bench to a decline bench to a cable station with only 10-second rests? I
    find this only works for people like you who have their own gym!

    across the forearm

  7. Reference my previous post on the width between the cables for the front
    raises. Makes me compress the pecs to hold the weight.

  9. Don’t like the way rotating on those cable chest flies is forcing the cable
    along the forearm.. that isn’t good…

  11. 2 Questions. 1) the cable machine at my gym is about 8 feet wide. Makes the
    pec fly work really well, especially with the rotation. 2) Again because of
    the width, the cable press you use has a lot of side component that forces
    me to not only push up, but I have to press my hands together against the
    weight. Maybe a side benefit over the cables being directly behind you?
    What do you think?

  16. Just did day 1 and sh@$t!!! For just 2 sets I got one hell of a pump. Felt
    like I just did 4 sets for each muscle. You really have to find that 8th
    rep weight, if not, you are just waisting your time. Looking forward for
    day 2.

  17. count to 4 while doing the rep from top to buttom, and stop for 1 second
    before you do another one. At least that’s what they’re doing in the vid :)

  21. if i’m not wrong, number 3 exercise (front deltoids), it’s better do that
    with supination hands… or, it’s better in this way ?

  23. I would say you have to compare his physique now to his physique before he
    started to work out.I think that’s a good way to see if somebody knows what
    he’s talking about.There are guys out there who are just blessed with great
    genes and have no idea what they’re doing,they grow just with broscience.
